I have come to understand that our purpose here is to expand the universe with loving creativity. (That's fun!)

So, on whatever we place our focus and our energy— will expand. The downside? If we focus on what we don’t want, we will get more of what we don’t want. If we focus on problems with worry and fear, we will stay with the problems and create more. However, if in any moment we can turn our worry and fear to love and trust, we will find creative solutions with ease. Like an annoying grain of sand in the shoe, seemingly big problems often have very simple solutions.
