Do you understand the flow?

I'm sure you have heard the expression, "Go with the flow." I would like to change it just a bit and suggest that you might find more joy if you attempt to-- "Get IN the flow." What does this mean? Well, rather than write all about it here, as it would take quite a bit of reading,I have a more entertaining suggestion for you. Watch the film Finding Nemo! Whether you've already seen it, or watched it a dozen times, watch it again. However, this time focus on the turtles and the dramatic change in Marlin's journey after he meets them. Then we can talk more about 'Getting IN the Flow!'
